Empowering Families with Knowledge & Support

Research, Health Promotion, and Innovation are three of our core values and pillars. At Memory in Motion, we dedicate our resources to bridging the gap between memory-related diagnoses and meaningful, active, and healthy living through motion activities.  Navigating memory health can be complex. Through localized community outreach and data-driven educational programs, we foster an environment where individuals and families are equipped with the knowledge to thrive and maintain positive brain health.

Currently, we conduct three types of projects: sharing research updates and conducting research, summarizing and disseminating educational guides, and organizing community events focusing on how motion activities enrich memory. We hope to support older adults and their families who wish to participate in initiatives to prevent, delay, or reverse cognitive decline.

Research Updates

Stay informed about global breakthroughs, clinical trials, and emerging therapies in memory health research, translated into layman's terms. Learn about and contribute to the research that our youth members are conducting.

Educational Guides

Comprehensive brochures, podcasts, and case stories explaining different types of memory loss and cognitive care strategies, caregiver tools, and practical advice on motion fitness, mental stimulation, and nutrition to promote cognitive longevity.

Community Initiatives

Connect with local and virtual support networks and host events for individuals, caregivers and families facing similar challenges. Join our awareness seminars and community workshops to learn resources focused on managing daily caregiving tasks.

“Memory is the thread that weaves the tapestry of our lives, connecting our past to our present and our hope to the future.”
