Our Activities

Educational Workshops about Brain and Health Promotion Activities During Alzheimer's Disease Awareness Month and Beyond

The workshop series share the structure of brain, the meaning of brain health, the scientific evidence on dance's impact on brain health, and how seniors may participate or lead these health promotion activities. The workshop is followed by a free interactive dance lesson provided by youth.

Spring Festival Dance Interactive Activities

These events during winter break and the Lunar New Year's season aimed to present cultural dance to seniors in multiple retirement homes and encourage the audience to participate in interactive group dance activities.

This project provides free dance lessons for older adults to help boost their psycho-social well-being, physical mobility, and social networking and interactions.

Free Community Lesson

This project, funded by Southborough Cultural Arts Council and supported by both Angel Dance Company and Southborough Recreation Center, provided free dance lessons to local communities, showcasing the Chinese Folkloric dance art form and culture.
